We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping via USPS First Class Mail (tracking included) on all US orders (no minimum required). Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received.

Need your order sooner, we offer Priority Mail upgrade ($5).

Holiday Shipping*

Re-shipping items will be shipped at the Buyer’s expense if item(s) are returned due to an incorrect address provided by Buyer.

On the occasion that shipping is delayed, you will be notified via email.


We do not ship international or to any APO/FPO address at this time. If you require shipment outside of the US please contact us for shipping rates.

Sales Tax

All orders shipped to a New York address will be charged 8.875% Sales Tax. Orders shipped outside New York are not subject to sales tax.

Exchanges & Returns

Your satisfaction is important!

We at Beading Owl understand buying from an online shop is not the same as purchasing from a physical store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may RETURN or EXCHANGE unused, undamaged jewelry for a full refund up to 14 days of purchase* (minus shipping if sent via priority mail). Item must me mailed back immediately.

If the product received was defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the product. We will make every effort to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Jewelry must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way.
Due to hygienic reasons there is a $5 fee to return earrings as we will need to change ear-wire.


You can EXCHANGE unused, undamaged jewelry up to 14 days of purchase. As our items are handcrafted and not mass produced, stock is limited. If you would like to exchange your purchase, please contact us so we may hold an item for you. Items will be put on hold for 10 days. Beading Owl will not be responsible for the shipping costs incurred to send the product back to us. We are not responsible for lost item being returned (we strongly suggest you add tracking). You will be notified on status of exchange.

Custom Orders

No refund or exchange on custom orders.


A refund will be issued only upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. Product must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging.We strongly recommend that you ship with delivery confirmation so you can track your package. We are not responsible for lost returns and cannot process a return if we do not receive the returned item.

We will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. You can expect your refund for the product sale price to be issued within 5 business days of the date we receive the returned product. We will notify you of the status of your refund via email as soon as the returned product is received.

* Any Items damaged through normal wear or water do not qualify for a return or exchange. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges

Items returned to us after 30 days or WITHOUT a Return & Exchange Form, will NOT be REFUNDED or EXCHANGED. Refunds/Exchanges will not be given on any returns that have been altered, damaged, or worn.


Special care is taken in the construction of all our jewelry making. However, jewelry does take a beating with everyday wear. Please see table below for repair charges. If your item requires repair within 30 days,  you may return your item to me for a free repair.

After 30 days, there will be a fee to repair your jewelry.Please contact us BEFORE returning any item for repair. We will let you know if materials are available and repair fee.

Replacement Earrings

If materials are available it is possible for us to do a replacement earring. As there is always variation in bead color, you will be required to return the remaining earring so we may try and match color. Replacement fee is 1/2 the original cost. Contact us to discuss availability.
